Refund Policy

At AiCanada, we strive to deliver exceptional AI tools and services that drive value for your business. This Refund Policy aligns with the Terms & Conditions governing all purchases and subscriptions. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted only in the following circumstances:
You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date.
You have not consumed more than 10% of your allocated usage credits (API calls, compute hours, or content-generation credits).
For subscription plans, you cancel before the end of your initial billing period.
Requests made after 14 days or for accounts exceeding 10% usage are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for account credits (see Section 5).
2. Subscription Services
For recurring subscriptions:
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you cancel within 14 days and meet the usage threshold, you will receive a full refund for the first billing cycle.
After 14 days, no refunds are issued; your access remains active until your next renewal date without further charges.
3. One-Time Purchases and Add-Ons
One-time licenses, credits, or add-ons (e.g., extra compute bundles, premium models) are non-refundable once purchased, unless:
You request a refund within 14 days.
Usage remains below the specified 10% threshold.
4. Service Interruptions and Performance Issues
If AiCanada experiences a prolonged service outage (>48 hours) or a critical platform failure that prevents you from accessing paid features:
You may be eligible for a pro rata credit toward future billing cycles.
Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the outage.
This remedy is in lieu of any refund right for outages covered under our Terms & Conditions.
5. Account Credits
If you are not eligible for a monetary refund but have an unresolved billing dispute or service issue, you may receive account credits at AiCanada’s discretion. Credits expire 12 months from issuance and apply only toward future invoices.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@aicanada.net with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include your account email, subscription plan or purchase ID, date of purchase, and reason for the request.
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and guide you through any required verification.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
8. Changes to This Policy
AiCanada may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
